Apple Care

I got back my computer. It won't turn on and they erased my hard drive. I am sending it back.

wow. Sounds like you are having a lot of problems. Don't they have anyone you can speak to rather than having to send it back. I mean, I know I can be impatient and if you want to USE your computer that can be a pain.

I talked to someone a little higher up this time and he promised me that he would personally oversee it getting fixed. If it is not fixed heads are going to roll I am so mad.

Yeah, this isn't giving me much confidence in Apple Care. We were so excited to switch to a Mac because we'd heard how great their customer service was (along with their products, of course).
