Poor Al
Our cat Al is sick. The veterinarian told us today that Al has some sort of mass near his anus and has hemorrhoids because of it. They will need to operate to remove the mass so we will need to bring in Al tomorrow. They also are doing some blood work to find out how everything else is going. This is when you start weighing the cost of surgery in one hand and your cat's dead euthanized body in the other.

Yeah, we went through that with Kronk, which is why he has a huge misformed toe. No matter how much I love him, he's just a dog. But then again, death wasn't the other alternative. Tough place.
Don't you remember Sunshine? Have you learned nothing? Put him out of his misery now or he'll end up doing something drastic! If you see Al sitting in the middle of the street or starting toward the freeway, give him the easy way out...
Shame on you Pam. As I remember it Sunshine ACCIDENTALLY wondered on to the freeway. So she was 105 in cat years, blind and slobbered all over everything. She didn't actually mean to get run over far from home after she found the only entrance onto the freeway for miles.
this picture is cute and he looks like 10 times cuter in person...or in cat...lol well the poor guy looks sad sometimes with it on but he'll do ok.
